AWDI 10pt At-Home Service
In addition to Certifying Sales personnel and Installers, AWDI recommends that each consumer be sure that they receive complete service from any replacement window source.
When you choose to work with an AWDI certified dealer, you should expect the following 10pt Program services:
- 1. On-line convenience to review product information, receive an energy performance estimate and a financial estimate - Availability of Deposit Indemnity protection.

- 2. At-home consultation which includes product needs review, appraisal of your present windows and their performance, a free energy audit and careful measurement of the window openings to ensure custom fit without damage - from an AWDI Certified Window Consultant.
3. Custom manufacture and delivery of premium windows by HomeChoice approved Manufacturer.
4. Clean removal of the old window.
5. Preparation of the opening.

- 6. Installation of the new window by an AWDI Certified Installer.

- 7. Sealing the new window and wrapping the exterior molding with cap stock.

- 8. Complete clean-up and disposal of all old windows, parts and debris.
